In 2003, prostate cancers ranks number 6 among top 10 cancers for man in Malaysia. According to National Cancer Registry (2004), the prostate cancer recorded 6.4% or (602 cases) among all types of cancers. Most of the cases recorded were chinese male as many as 284 cases or (50.3%), followed by Malay males with 214 cases or (37.9%), then the Indian males recorded only 67 cases or (7.6%) from out of the total prostate cancer incidence recorded. The highest age for the prostate cancer incidence in 2003 is between those of old 70 and above with 301 cases or (50%). According to the NCR (2004), the total of prostate cancer among man decreases as many as 69 cases where as in 2003 recorded as 602 cases compare to 2002 recorded with 671.
